ORB or UFO?

Orbs are usually only visible after the fact in pictures and video. The picture is usually taken without awareness of anything out of the ordinary. In this case however, the witness was without a camera, spotted it with his naked eye, then called me over to see it. This misty thing was floating in mid air for what seemed to be at least 30 seconds! Let me know your thoughts.
